Pilates is a method of movement that focusses on working from the inside out, working into the core and other joints to learn how stabilise and from this strong foundation we build strength and length.

Pilates

30 minutes Pilates followed by 30 minutes yoga, a great combination that first of all works your core and back muscles, then works into flexibility and strength with yoga poses.  Suitable for all levels.

Pilates/Yoga

Our yoga classes are for all levels and variations are provided.  We work through poses for opening the body, building strength with standing poses and challenging balance. We focus on calming the mind with use of breath and mind connection to the body.

Yoga

In this class we aim to bring awareness to how and where you are moving from, vital for golf.  We use poses that improve deep joint strength, flexibility of the spine, mobility of the hips relating it to your body and game.

We offer both relaxing and 'muscle release' massages. Both are based on Swedish massage which uses long strokes to ease tension great to relax the mind and body.  If you would like a slightly deeper massage, we then use other techniques to get deeper into muscle knots.
